Tracking Your New Clients

Here at Business Promotion, Inc., our goal is to help your business attract new clients by building and optimizing your website.  Once we’ve done that, it is up to you and our marketing team to discover just how well your site is doing! Tracking where your clients are coming from is a great way to see just how effective your website really is.

How can you track clients from the website? Try out these tips:

  • Give out our Client Questionnaire to each and every client.
  • When clients first visit you, personally ask them if they’ve been to your website.
  • For dentists or other medical professionals, consider adding a question to your new patient form- “Have you visited our website?”

For Doctors and Dentists:

If patients initially say that they were referred by their insurance, dig a little deeper. On average, patients receive a list of 4-8 local doctors/dentists from their insurance. They then visit their websites to make the final decision, but often still say that they were referred by their insurance. Your website could have been the tipping point in their decision, so ask specifically if they’ve visited it!
