Video Testimonials

A great way to keep your site relevant is to consistently add new customer testimonials. Thanks to the advent of a little device called the “smart phone,” today’s testimonials are not your grandparent’s letters of old. Anyone with a smart phone can film a quick video and post it to YouTube. Smart businesses have their clients film a 30-second or so video testimonial with their phone and then add the testimonial to the business’s website. This will show potential customers a few things:

  • Your business is relevant and into using modern technology in innovative and effective ways
  • People like your business enough to take the time to film a testimonial for you
  • You have a lot of satisfied customers

As we know, updating your site regularly can also improve your search engine ranking, keeping your site more relevant than Average Joe Businessman’s site. To see what video testimonials can look like on your site, visit Dr. Sultan Chaudhry’s site here: http://www.sultandds.com/testimonials/. We love how he has incorporated some of his patients’ video testimonials.

Adding a video testimonial is as simple as shooting, saving, and sending the video over email to dev@bpihelpdesk.com. We’ll be happy to upload your video to YouTube and add your customers’ video testimonials to your site. In the meantime, feel free to try filming a testimonial of your own for BPI! Call or email BPI today if you have any questions; we look forward to seeing your testimonials coming in soon!
